When will my order ship?

Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm PST ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm PST ship within 2 business days. We do not ship on holidays. Custom/Team orders will ship about 6 weeks after the team shop is closed.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we offer free ground shipping within the U.S. if you sign up to receive our news via email or place an order above $220.

 

Do you offer sales and promotions?

Yes, we do, please follow us on Instagram or Facebook @ One4nine.cc or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on promotions. 

 

Do you price match if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

 Typically, we do not offer post-purchase price adjustments.

 

Will you apply a promotion to a past purchase?

Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

For international shipping outside of the U.S. and Mexico, please contact us via email at info@one4nine.cc to place your order and determine additional shipping costs. We currently offer shipping on our website within the U.S. and Mexico only.

 

How do you recommend caring for One4nine cycling gear?

Machine wash with like colors and materials on the delicate/gentle cycle in cold water. We recommend turning our clothing inside out before washing. Do not use bleach or OxyClean. Lay flat or hang to dry, do not use the dryer. Your cycling gear should be treated gently and should not be washed with heavy items or items with Velcro such as gloves. Washing as directed will extend the life of your gear.

 

I work at a retail store, and we are interested in carrying One4nine. Are you open to wholesaling to other stores?
